Research on Regional Differences and Spatial Dynamic Evolution of Green Efficiency of China's Provincial Service Industry

In order to achieve the goal of "Peak Carbon Dioxide Emissions and Neutrality" as scheduled, China's service industry must green development. this paper, we use super-efficiency SBM-DDF integration model measure efficiency in 30 provinces China during 2011-2019. On basis level industry, Dagum Gini coefficient spatial Markov chain are used analyze source regional gap dynamic evolution four major regions. The results suggest that: (1) overall is increasing, there significant heterogeneity among (2) has obvious characteristics differentiation. Regional differentiation main its differentiation, contribution rate over-density lowest. (3) with high have a positive radiation effect on surrounding provinces, while low-efficiency levels will certain inhibitory provinces.
